Book all the pretty horses

Skilled and yet at times missing the brightness or solidity of colors one thinks Yet at the same time each illustration used in a series keeps for the most part the same cast of characters while it is enjoyable to see their reactions as the pages flip One other thing that I have noticed about the illustrations is that the author does go out of her way to allow each announced color to have its spotlight While also each individual horse has a beautifully expressed personality and spirit that is definitely different from the other horses that the reader is given a chance to be introduced to All in all it is a beautiful book that combines the human imagination and the love for horses in a beautiful expression of a lesser known lullaby Childrens

#heading[3]

Simple bedtime book Childrens tedious Childrens What caught my eye first about this book was the pastel illustrations They are beautiful done This book is based on a traditional lullaby The book really brings to life the images of the horses cake and a lost lamb that find its mother You can feel yourself dreaming while looking at the illustrations done of the child s dream It makes you feel the cradle rocking back and forth while watching a baby drifting off in slumber while singing the lullaby It s a very cute and sweet book that I feel the teacher could introduce while doing quiet down time I believe its made for the parents to use for the children at home while preparing for bedtime Childrens a cute story Childrens A young girl is lulled to sleep by her mother with a lullaby which causes her to dream of all types and breeds of horses Childrens Another favorite from grade school Weekly Reader I LOVED this story The drawings the horse the flowers the fantasy It s exactly as I remember it and am happy to share it with my girls now that we ve found this treasure in my hope chest Childrens I was given this book in 1976 by my kindergarten teacher and I still have it I was always entranced by the illustrations and while never really big on horses the drawings of the flora and fauna always held me rapt Childrens The illustrations are beautiful Childrens There is a Golden book that explores the same lullaby that has gorgeous pictures and has influenced me unlike most of the other type of books yet I cannot find it Instead while reading My Pony I noticed that the author had a similar titled book while was curious about it Fortunately due to age and the decline of the actual lullaby I was able to find it for a quick read The book is a bit outdated so the drawings are whimsical a little girl dreams of all sorts of horses All the Pretty Horses.
